Jennifer Taws

I have been a member of the club staff for over 11 years. The first two years as a stand in staff member before being asked to become the manager of clwb plant brynaman which at the time was only an after school and holiday club. In the last 7 years we have grown into a nursery and my love for the club, community and profession has grown with it. I enjoy the daily challenges that come with managing an important community resource and cant imagine doing anything else. (Education)- I hold a L3 in childcare learning and development and a L5 in Leadership and management in childcare learning and development. I also hold a playwork qualification and i am currently working towords my BA (Hons) in childcare and education. (Hobbies and Interests)- .I love creating messy play activities for the children .Reading and collecting children's story books along with creating my own .Drawing (Fun facts)- .I am a massive Harry Potter fan .I hate bacon .I moved to Wales from Newcastle when i was 12 years old .I have no sense of direction.
