Anti Caryl

Hello, I'm Anti Caryl! In June 2006 I started working for the company 'Machynlleth Children's Community Project' (MCCP) gaining experience of working with children of different ages - from 3 months up to 11 years old. I worked at the Summer Holiday Club, at Y Meithrinfa, and the After School Club. I knew straight away that I wanted to work with the 'pre-school age' children. I went on to complete a Level 2 and Level 3 Qualification in Child Care, Learning and Development whilst working in the Nursery. In January 2016, I was given the position of Cylch Meithrin Machynlleth Leader, and I am delighted with my job, and hope that I will be a Leader in the Cylch for years to come! I have recently gained a Level 5 qualification in Leadership, Care, Learning and Children's Development. I like to follow additional training courses which are beneficial for us as staff and the children, and I have enjoyed courses such as rock and roll and rhythm, the New curriculum, Makaton and many more! I love supporting the children to learn through play, and still sad, but proud of them when it's time for them to leave Cylch and go on their next adventure! My 'happy place' is spending time with my family, listening to music, taking pictures with my camera and going to see beautiful places in Europe.
