Parent & Baby Yoga class at Firefly Yoga. Open to parents (or grandparents) and babies aged 6 weeks to walking.

Class takes place on Fridays 1-2pm. £4 per class.

Parents take part in the class while babies sleep or play in the centre of the room. A great way to exercise without worrying about childcare.
