Bio:
Hi, I’m Anayah, and my journey with Nightingales began when I was just 16, while I was still at school. I quickly discovered how much I loved working with children, inspiring me to pursue a career in early years. In 2021, I was delighted to take on the role of Nursery Manager, and I’m proud to continue leading the team and helping to create the warm, nurturing environment that makes Nightingales so special.
I hold a Level 5 qualification in Early Years and have a real passion for supporting children to learn, grow and develop into confident, happy individuals. My favourite part of working with young children is watching their confidence flourish, celebrating their achievements and seeing their unique personalities shine as they explore the world around them.
I’m a strong believer in the importance of outdoor learning and love creating exciting, hands-on experiences that encourage children to explore, be active and get creative. I believe the outdoors provides endless opportunities for children to build confidence, develop new skills and learn through meaningful experiences and play.
Outside of Nightingales, I enjoy keeping active through running and love travelling and exploring new places.
