Hi, I’m Selina, and I’ve been part of the Nightingales family since 2002. After working at Nightingales for two years, I had the opportunity to take over the business in 2004, and I have enjoyed running it ever since. Before joining Nightingales, I worked as a primary school teacher, which is where my passion for working with children and supporting their development began. I have always believed that children thrive when they feel happy, secure, valued and cared for.
Nightingales is a family-run business, and creating a warm, caring and supportive family ethos has always been at the heart of what we do. We believe in supporting not only the children in our care, but also their parents and our dedicated staff team. By working together as a family, we aim to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and part of the Nightingales community.
