We believe that children’s well-being is a priority to give them the best start in life. We will provide a safe, secure place and an environment that children can explore and take risks, but in a safe challenging inclusive space. We have created a nursery which feels like home with an extended family environment.
We have created an environment where each child is loved, respected, and can develop as an individual. We will be promoting positive attitudes of respect for self, others, other people’s needs, property, and the environment, treating everyone as we would wish to be treated ourselves. Children’s perspectives are valued, and their emotional and individual needs come first. We will enable all children to develop their capabilities as successful learners, confident, individuals, responsible citizens, and effective contributors to society.

Our Staff
Our staff are qualified, facilitating the continual professional development of all staff through high quality training opportunities. All staff hold a paediatric first aid certificate, safeguarding certificate, food and hygiene and have a full enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Our staff are all caring, experienced staff with qualifications in Childcare. We work and train closely as a team to continually monitor and improve the care that we offer. I work with our local collage to undertake the new qualifications which encompass core knowledge and then practise and theory and will be training staff through various levels including 3,4 and 5.
Our team are recruited, employed within and work to or exceed, regulatory requirements always.
