A group of pregnant women will meet every Thursday for 6 weeks. To connect, share, access reliable information and promote wellbeing.

The next start date is 12th September. We will meet every Thursday for 6 weeks.

Cost: £120. 6 sessions.

Rose - holistic massage therapist, Kayleigh - hypnobirthing teacher and Pineda- postnatal and birth doula and psychologist, have worked together to design this course for women to ‘build their village’ during pregnancy.

We will offer evidence-based information and sign-post you to where to find out more and know how to do your own research, on what interests you most. With many local and global resources too.

This course is about connection, with ourselves and with others. Because women flourish and grow in healthy and nurturing relationships. There will be opportunities to engage in meaningful activities, enjoy and learn about relaxation techniques, as well as time to share or reflect on your own journey through pregnancy into motherhood.
