Welcome to the guide for setting up your childcare setting with Mudiad Meithrin on Wootzoo!
Follow along with the video and go through the guide below to get started.
Click the Link: Click on the provided link to access your personalised landing page for Mudiad Meithrin.
Fill in Your Details: Enter your information and confirm your email address.
Select Your Setting Type: You will be asked to confirm the type of setting. This should already be pre-selected for you.
Set Your URL: Ensure you are happy with your Wootzoo URL and click 'Set'. Note that this URL cannot be changed later.
Add Cymraeg: A popup will appear informing you that you can add Welsh to your profile from the “Settings” button.
Additional Profile Options: If you select Cymraeg, additional profile options will be available to add the Welsh details for your business. This will also indicate on your page that you offer services in Welsh.
Customise Your Landing Page:
Upgrade Plan: You will not be able to take registrations or receive messages until you upgrade to a ‘Pro’ Account. To do this, click on the “Switch plan to Monthly” button on the top left.
Alternative Payment Methods: If you prefer to pay via Direct Debit or bank transfer, please email us using the Cylch Meithrin support email address.
Ready to Go: Once your profile is complete and you’ve upgraded to a Pro account, you are ready to start taking registrations.
Quick Start: Your initial setup is complete. You've gone from creating an account to taking registrations in under 10 minutes!
