Booking Activities

Finding Activities

Many settings offer activities, events, and sessions that you can book into. These might include:

• Stay and play sessions
• Holiday clubs
• Special events
• Parent workshops
• Extra sessions

How to Book

1. Visit the setting's page on Wootzoo
2. Click on the "Activities" tab
3. Browse available activities
4. Click on an activity to see details (date, time, cost, spaces available)
5. Click "Book" to reserve your place

Viewing Your Bookings

Once you've booked into activities:

• They'll appear in your Daily Feed as upcoming events
• You'll receive reminders before the activity
• You can view all your bookings in your account

Paying for Activities

If an activity has a cost:

• You may be able to pay online during booking (if the setting has this enabled)
• Or you may receive an invoice to pay separately

Check the activity details for payment information.

Cancelling a Booking

Need to cancel? Check the activity's cancellation policy - this varies by setting. Contact the setting directly if you need to cancel or change a booking.
