Getting Started on Wootzoo

Step 1: Create Your Parent Account

Your Wootzoo journey starts by creating a parent account. This is your main login that you'll use to access everything.

1. Visit wootzoo.com/register
2. Enter your name, email address, and create a password
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
4. You're in!

Step 2: Create Your Child's Profile

Important: This step sometimes confuses new users. Your parent account and your child's profile are separate things.

• Parent Account = Your login (the one you just created)
• Child Profile = Your child's details that nurseries/settings will see

After logging in for the first time, you'll be prompted to create your child's profile. You'll need to add:

• Child's name
• Date of birth
• Your address
• A photo of your child (optional, but helps staff identify your child)

Settings you register with will be able to see your child's name, photo, and address.

Step 3: Find and Register with a Setting

Now you're ready to connect with your nursery, Cylch Meithrin, or childcare setting.

There are two ways to find your setting:

1. Referred by the setting - Your nursery may have given you a direct link to their Wootzoo page
2. Search for them - Use the search bar to find settings in your area

Once you've found your setting, click the "Register" button to send a registration request. The setting will review and approve your request.

What's Next?

Once registered with a setting, you can:

• View your Daily Feed - See photos and updates
• Check Daily Reports - Sleeps, meals, nappies and more
• Make Payments - Pay invoices through the system
• Message your Setting - Two-way communication
• Book Activities - Join events and activities
