Booking Activities

Parents

Use Wootzoo to discover and book activities and events run by your nursery or nearby providers.

Finding Activities

Open the Activities section from the menu. You'll see upcoming events from your connected setting, plus nearby activities from other providers. Past activities are not shown - only upcoming ones.

Booking

  1. Tap an activity to view full details - date, time, price, description and any age restrictions.
  2. Select the number of tickets (or the ticket type if there are multiple options, e.g. adult/child).
  3. If booking for a child, link the booking to your child's profile.
  4. Enter payment details and confirm. You'll receive a booking confirmation by email.

Multi-sibling Booking

If you have more than one child to book in, you can add both in a single booking flow rather than booking separately.

Discount Codes

If your provider has shared a discount code with you, enter it on the booking page before confirming payment. The price will update automatically.

Cancellations

Contact your nursery directly to cancel a booking. Refund policies are set by each individual provider.

Booking as a Guest

Some activities allow guest bookings without a Wootzoo account. You'll receive a confirmation email but won't be able to manage the booking through the app unless you register.
