Getting Started
Your manager will create a Wootzoo account for you and send an invitation to your email. This guide walks you through logging in for the first time and finding your way around.
Logging In
- Open the invitation email from Wootzoo and click the Set Password link.
- Choose a secure password and save it.
- Log in at wootzoo.com using your email and new password.
What You Can Access
Staff accounts have access to:
- SerenPass: the digital sign-in/sign-out register
- Day-to-day reports: record meals, sleeps, nappies and other daily events
- Observations: write and submit developmental observations
- Messages (Manager accounts) - communicate with parents
- Timeline posts (Manager accounts) - post updates to the parent feed
You cannot see invoicing, billing settings or other provider-level data.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page. You can also ask your manager to reset it for you from the Staff section in their account.
Multiple Settings
If you work across more than one nursery or branch, your account may be linked to multiple sub-providers. Use the sub-provider switcher in the top navigation to move between them.
