Change Your Login Email

Providers

You can change the email you log in with from your Account page. You'll need your current password.

Steps

  1. Go to Account and choose the Login email tab.
  2. Enter your new email address and your current password.
  3. Click Send confirmation link.
  4. Open the email sent to the new address and click the link. The link works for one hour.
  5. Log in with the new address.
Your email only changes when you click the link. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and make sure the address was typed correctly. We also send a note to your old address to say the change happened.

Different from your contact email

This is separate from your business contact email (in your profile), which is the address shown on invoices and contact details. Changing one does not change the other.
