Questions & Answers (Forms)
Wootzoo calls its forms Questions & Answers (Q&A). If you're looking for a "create a form" button, this is where it lives.
Where to Find It
In the left-hand menu, under your setting's name, click Questions & Answers. Then click Create New to open the form builder.
What You Can Build
- Registration forms for new families
- Allergy and dietary questions
- Permission slips and trip consents
- Any other questions you need to ask
Where Answers Go
Answers are saved against the child's profile, so you can view them any time from the child's page.
If you tick "show on register" on a question - allergies, for example - the answer appears as a small badge next to the child's name on the SerenPass register. That means staff can check needs at sign-in without navigating away.
Sending a Form to Parents
From the Q&A list, choose a form and then send to parent. Forms can also be set as required at registration, so new families must complete them before their registration is accepted.
