Daily Feed & Updates
The daily feed is your live window into what's happening at your child's setting - photos, updates, news and reminders, all in one place.
Viewing the Feed
Open the Wootzoo app and tap Feed from the bottom menu. You'll see:
- Photos and updates posted by staff
- Official announcements (marked with a stamp icon)
- Daily activity notes
- Links to invoices, observations or activities
Daily Reports
Staff record day-to-day events for your child - meals, sleeps, nappy changes, activities, and accidents. These appear in the Daily Reports section of your dashboard. You'll receive a notification when a new report is posted.
Observations
When your nursery shares a developmental observation about your child, it appears in the feed with a purple badge. Tap it to read the full observation and any photos attached.
Language Preference
If you set your language preference to Welsh during registration, you'll receive Welsh-language content from settings that support it. Update your language preference under Profile → Settings.
Notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled on your device to get real-time alerts for new posts, reports and messages. If you're not receiving notifications, check your device settings and ensure Wootzoo has notification permission.
